At Unwind Collective, we want your order to arrive quickly and without surprises. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times by Destination

United States 2–5 business days

Canada & United Kingdom 10–20 business days

Australia & New Zealand 10–20 business days

Rest of World 10–25 business days

 

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs processing, or weather events — we appreciate your patience when they do.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update after your confirmation email arrives.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.

Lost or Delayed Orders
